DuPont planning to add capacity

08 Feb 2011 −

DuPont seems to be forging ahead with new expansion plans after its project in China remains on ice. EUWID learned that the company is willing to invest a hundreds of millions in a new plant to make rutile pigments. Work to build the plant might begin before the end of this year. However, a decision about the location has yet to be made. It is likely that DuPont will expand an existing chloride rutile production facility.
