The strong pound seems to leave little room for price increases on the UK newsprint market.
Negotiations on delivery terms and prices for the next year are still under way, but it appears that paper manufacturers had to abandon their plans for price hikes. First contracts have reportedly been signed without price changes. There seems to be no downward movement in prices either.
