In September, suppliers of coated fine paper hope that the good operating rates throughout central Europe will provide a sound basis for the price negotiations in Poland.
Polish wholesalers are undecided about the announced price hikes. On the one hand, they certainly understand the move and also agreed that their own margins in the graphic segment urgently need to be improved. On the other hand, nobody wanted to stick their necks out too soon for fear of losing market shares.
