SCA is acquiring 95% of the Turkish incontinence care products company San Saglik from the MT group for a consideration of SEK95m. The transaction is to supplement SCA's recently announced acquistion of Turikish diaper and feminine care products manufacturer Komili and is expected to be finalised during the third quarter of this year. SCA has also a purchase option on the remaining 5% of the company.
