Romanian paper, board and tissue manufacturer Vrancart has signed a contract to acquire the majority stake in local peer Rom Paper for an undisclosesd sum.
The agreement will be implemented within the next two years, with the purchase price depending on how Rom Paper will be faring economically, informs Vrancart. Rom Paper's core business is the manufacture of paper napkins, towels, toilet paper, and facial tissues.
