Miquel y Costas forms new subsidiary

Miquel y Costas Group, the Spanish producer of cigarette, thin printing and specialty papers, has formed a new subsidiary under the name of Terranova Papers S.A. based in Barcelona. The company is to manufacture and convert paper and paper products. The initial capital stock amounts to €100,000. Miquel y Costa’s subsidiaries MB Papeles Especiales and Celulosa Levante together subscribed for 100% of the new shares.
