Papyrus aquires Norwegian Arto Emballasje

Papyrus expands its business in Norway by acquiring 100% of the shares in Arto Emballasje, a company that specialises in the wholesale of industrial supplies and packaging. The companies did not include any information on the financial details of the transaction.
Arto Emballasje focuses on the wholesale of industrial supplies and packaging and is Papyrus’ third acquisition in Scandinavia in the past year. The transaction is expected to be finalized in February, subject to completion of certain conditions and approval by the respective regulatory authorities. Bent Ove Amundsen, CEO of Arto Emballasje, will continue in his position but under the wing of Papyrus’ Supplies business area.
Papyrus is currently present in 22 countries across Europe and employs approximately 2,700 people.
