The acquisition of the printing inks and specialty chemicals producer Huber group by a consortium consisting of MAVCO Investments and Avenue Capital Group has been completed. The transaction received all necessary regulatory approvals, including clearance from the German Federal Cartel Office on 2 January 2025.
