UK corrugated packaging producer Boxes and Packaging has announced changes to its leadership structure.
Stacey Austin and Peter Gosling have been appointed Regional Managing Directors for the Northern and Southern regions, respectively. They succeed chief executive Gavin Richardson, who is set to retire in summer 2026 and will remain available to the company in an advisory role.
Mr Austin began his career at Doncaster Packaging in 1991 as a trainee sample maker and designer. He later became managing director of Boxes and Packaging (Doncaster).
Since January 2026, he has overseen operations at the company’s sites in Merseyside, Manchester and Doncaster, as well as Red Rose Packaging and Kbins.
Mr Gosling assumed responsibility for the Southern region in January 2026, covering the Birmingham, Bristol, Oxford and Swindon facilities. He previously served as managing director of the Birmingham site for seven years.
In a further management change, Paul High has been appointed managing director of the Doncaster site. He joins the company from Watershed Packaging.
