Decision on future of Fibre Excellence postponed, management withdraws takeover offer

The commercial court of Toulouse in France has postponed its decision on the future of insolvent pulp producer Fibre Excellence to 6 July. The ruling had originally been scheduled for 17 June and was to determine whether the observation period would be extended or liquidation ordered.
