The commercial court of Toulouse in France has postponed its decision on the future of insolvent pulp producer Fibre Excellence to 6 July. The ruling had originally been scheduled for 17 June and was to determine whether the observation period would be extended or liquidation ordered. Fibre Excellence also announced that the management, which had submitted a takeover offer for the company and its two pulp mills Saint-Gaudens and Provence, has withdrawn its offer....
