Sweden's forest products trading company Elof Hansson Trade is expanding to Italy and will create a company together with Dede Paper & Board.
Elof Hansson Trade is selling timber, pulp, paper and board products across the globe. The company also offers financing, risk management, shipping and marketing services to sellers and buyers.
“It is a part of our strategy to expand our presence in Italy and surrounding markets, and I am looking forward to see what the future will bring together with Dede, ”announced Mikael Forslund, managing director of Elof Hansson Trade AB.
Italy's Dede Paper & Board operates as agency and consultancy for company's in the pulp and paper industry. The company is working with partners from Europe and abroad, and offers a portfolio of paper and boards products, including newsprint, book paper, folding boxboard, specialties, as well as primary and secondary raw materials.

Trading companies are showing great interest in Italy's pulp, paper and board markets with a couple of traders and suppliers expanding its footprint in the country over the last few years.
