The Condat release liner mill will be sold to a buyer from outside the paper industry.

Lecta will sell its Condat speciality paper mill in France to French industrial holding company SPB (Société de Participation de la Braye). The change of ownership is scheduled to take place on 1 April, a company spokesperson told EUWID.

SPB plans to build an industrial biopark at the site in Le Lardin-Saint-Lazare. Whether paper production will continue remains uncertain....
