Russian company Naberezhnye Chelny Paper Mill (NCPM) will build a new tissue production plant. Construction of the plant at the mill in Kazan will begin in 2026. Though the mill project is still in the development phase, negotiations with equipment suppliers and construction firms have commenced, NCPM informs.
