US paper and packaging company Packaging Corporation of America (PCA) will no longer produce fresh fibre-based containerboard at its Wallula plant in Washington state. The company announced that it would permanently close PM 2 and kraft pulping facilities at the site. About 200 jobs will reportedly be cut.
