Swiss publication paper producer Perlen Papier is set to increase sales prices for newsprint in the second quarter.
Perlen Papier will seek a 8-10 per cent price increase on all newsprint deliveries in the second quarter, depending on the market and segment.
The company cites an unsatisfactory earnings situation amid high energy and raw materials costs as the reason for the announced newsprint price hike.
