Production stoppage at RDM Villa Santa Lucia board mill continues until further notice

Production at Reno de Medici's recycled board mill in Villa Santa Lucia in Italy has been standing still since the penultimate week of August due to a closure of a sewage treatment plant operated by a third-party. Almost a month after the forced shut-down, it is still not clear when the mill will be able to resume production again.

RDM Villa Santa Lucia mill operates one board machine with an installed capacity of 220,000 tpy of recycled cartonboard. 170 people are directly employed at the mill with additional 130 jobs closely related to the mill's operations....
