China sets import tariffs for some paper grades to 0

In order to stimulate the economy, the Chinese government has adjusted import and export tariffs for many products as of 1 January 2023. Among other things, provisional import tariffs on 1,020 items, including many types of paper, were reduced below the previous MFN (“most favoured nation”) tariff rate.
