In March, Circle Media Group had sold its Finnish rotogravure printing company Helprint to Helsinki-based Printers Group. Now, Helprint is taking over two CMG subsidiaries in Germany.

Helprint's new owner, Printers Group confirmed the acquisition of the German printing companies Körner Druck und J.Fink from the printing and media group Cirlce Media Group (CMG).

With the acquisition of the two German printing plants, a new group in the printing industry will be founded under the name Printers Group with headquarters in Stuttgart, according to Printers Group. The two locations will reportedly continue to operate independently as sister companies.

The sale of Körner Druck and J.Fink came as no surprise. In late April, CMG announced that it was looking for investor for its companies in Germany, Belgium and Spain in a try to restructure its printing business.
