The British Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has notified tissue manufacturer Accrol that it has commenced an investigation into the company relating to certain statements that it made to the market between 1 April 2017 and 20 November 2017.
No further details were published as this issue went to press.
The company posted a loss before tax of £9.0m in the first half-year of 2019, but said that the financial benefits of the changes that were implemented were beginning to accrue and to flow through to the bottom line.
