The wind has shifted direction on France's woodfree uncoated paper market. Just a couple of months ago demand was strong and lead times were lengthy. Now producers are reporting slower order intake and shorter delivery periods in November. Market players told EUWID that actual consumption remains average. Indeed, inventory building conducted by a number of buyers in the first half of the year was now leaving its mark, insiders noted.
