Hamburger Containerboard has announced that it will raise prices of brown corrugated case material grades by €80/t as from 1 May.

The price increase was necessary to ensure that production costs were covered and production could continue, it added.
Hamburger Containerboard is a division of Austria's Prinzhorn Group. The division produces over 3 million tpy of recycled corrugated case material. At 10 locations in 5 countries, Hamburger Containerboard produces brown and white uncoated papers, white coated papers and plasterboard liner.
