Lyreco appoints Grégory Liénard as new CEO

French workspace solution provider and office supplies giant Lyreco group operates in 42 countries worldwide and generates annual sales of €2.2bn.

Global office supplies distributor Lyreco group has appointed Grégory Liénard as the new CEO. He succeeds Hervé Milcent who has been at the helm of the group since 2015. According to Lyreco, Mr Liénard will be "leading the transformation and diversification strategy implemented by the company to meet the sector's challenges."

In his last position at Lyreco, Mr Liénard served as Innovation Director. With the new appointment at the group's top position Lyreco is reportedly looking to "impulse a new momentum by accelerating innovation and digitalisation within all the group's subsidiaries." The group said it will also benefit from Mr Liénard's e-commerce and technology experience that he gathered working for twelve years in the Asian markets.
