Producers of uncoated woodfree paper are unanimous in their complaint that the enormous cost burden has not been offset despite the price hikes implemented in 2010. They are struggling in the face of high costs of pulp, additives and energy. Cost coverage is absolutely insufficient, say reports. With conditions as they are, all key producers have already announced an increase to prices. They would like to see prices rise in the course of March by up to 8%.
