German recovered paper prices are pointing down in September. With the exception of white news-print/magazine paper, prices for all other grades have softened as paper mills are trying to pass on the pressure on recycled paper sales prices to raw material suppliers. Further cuts to German waste paper prices are expected in autumn. To what extent RCP prices will be lowered, depends on conditions on the export market, EUWID respondents say.
