Recycled corrugated case material prices in the UK followed the trend on the European mainland in late August and early September: Manufacturers had to swallow price cuts of £15/t for all brown grades. Pressure on recycled containerboard prices continues and might trigger further decreases during this month or October, EUWID sources say.
At the same time, British white-top testliner prices remained steady. However, demand for this grade had softened slightly, too.
