US paper exports to Western Europe up

US producers of pulp, paper and board succeeded in slightly raising their exports to Western Europe in 2011. The American Forest & Paper Association (AF&PA) reports that exports to these countries climbed by 5.3% to 4.75 million t last year compared to the previous year.
