Italy's sanitary paper and products company Lucart has acquired 100 per cent of the share capital of UK's tissue paper products manufacturer Essential Supply Products Ltd (ESP). Financial details of the transaction were not revealed.
ESP employs 85 people and runs one facility with five converting lines at Malvern, Worcestershire. The company produces and markets tissue paper products for the Away-from-Home (AfH) segment and has annual sales of approximately 30 Mio €, Lucart explained.
