Öystein Aksnes of Stora Enso is appointed vice-president.
Cepi Cartonboard, the European association of cartonboard producers, has appointed Michele Bianchi as its new president with effect from 30 June.
Mr Bianchi is the CEO of Italian cartonboard manufacturer Reno de Medici. He succeeds Franz Rappold who has stepped down after serving as the association's president for 17 years.
Öystein Aksnes has been appointed vice-president of Cepi Cartonboard from the same date. Mr Aksnes is head of the BU Liquid Packaging Board & Cartonboard division and head of new business development at Stora Enso.
