CVC Capital Partners, who currently owns 100% in ÅR Packaging Group, announced it wanted to remain a "major" shareholder.
ÅR Packaging Group has started preparations for an IPO. In a first step, the possible stock exchange listing will be examined. The aim of the IPO process is to have ÅR Packaging listed on NASDAQ Stockholm during 2019. After a possible listing, ÅR Packaging's sole owner CVC Capital Partners aims to remain the major owner of the group, although it is still unclear whether this will also mean majority shareholder.
