Amid scarce supply, manufacturers of fluff pulp aim to increase prices again.
Prices for fluff pulp have been pointing upwards for months. The market continues to be described as very firm, and volumes are being allocated. "The situation is being exploited to the full," a converter complained to EUWID
And manufacturers are set to further increase fluff pulp price for February deliveries. The discounts on pulp prices have apparently risen to the same degree, however, rendering the actual increase a little less dramatic for buyers, say industry insiders.
