CEO Jürgen Schulz leaves Baden Board

On 15 November 2019, Baden Board's current CEO Jürgen Schulz will resign from his position. His successor will be Robert Ferstl who will manage the company together with Stefan Böll, the other managing director.

Mr Ferstl, with his "Family Office", the Marperger Group based in Bohemia, took over Baden Board GmbH from the Munich-based Livia Group in September 2019 and would now like to play a more prominent role in the further development of the company, according to an announcement by Baden Board.

Mr Schulz will take on a new challenge abroad and will advise the Baden Board during a transitional period.
