China Paper planning to build pulp mill in Russia

The Russian investment promotion agency in the Far East and China Paper Corporation have signed a memorandum of understanding for the construction of a pulp mill in the Russian region of Khabarovsk.

The players want to invest around $1.5m in a pulp mill which will be located in Amursk and have a capacity to produce 500,000 typ of pulp, informs the region’s government.
