Chinese authorities have issued licences for the import of recovered paper to China covering more than 400,000 t.

The biggest volumes went to "the usual suspects"; Nine Dragons, Lee & Man, Shanying International and Dongguan Jianhui.

The total volumes of licences for this year including the latest one now covers 10.7 t of recovered paper. Experts believe that the batch might also have an impact on the European recovered paper market with some "last minute shipping."
