In reaction to strong market growth in Poland, Corex has increased core manufacturing capacity at its plant in Świecie by nearly 25%.

VPK Packaging Group subsidiary Corex has completed an expansion project of its plant in Świecie, Poland, which led to a production capacity increase of nearly 25%. The company built a new hall at the site, which houses another drying unit. More machinery will be added, according to Corex.

"The Polish core market continues to grow. The strongest demand is coming from foil and paper manufacturers,” said Roel Verbinnen, Corex’s head of global accounts and marketing, talking about the reasons for this expansion.
