Decision on the future of Arjowiggins' sites in France postponed

The Court of Nanterre needs more time to examine the offers presented.

The Commercial Court of Nanterre has postponed its decision on the future of Arjowiggins' facilities in France. According to Sequana, the decision has been delayed by two weeks "in order to allow the best industrial, financial and employment solutions to be found."

Insolvency proceedings upon Arjowiggins' sites in France were opened on 10 January. Interested parties were invited to make their bids until 6 March. The decision by the Court of Nanterre was expected for 7 March.
