Forest products company SCA appoints Ulf Larsson CEO and President of the company.
Today, SCA Group's hygiene and health products spin-off Essity Aktiebolag has been listed on the Nasdaq Nordic stock exchange in Stockholm and the company's Class A and Class B shares have commenced trading.
As a final step in the split of the SCA Group, the Board of Directors has appointed Ulf Larsson President and CEO of the forest products company SCA. Magnus Groth has been relieved of his duties as President and CEO of the SCA Group. in He will serve as President and CEO of Essity.
