First mark-ups for recycled containerboard have been put through on the German market, but the increase is smaller than originally announced.

Despite short supply and good demand, talks about price increases for recycled containerboard are dragging on. However, first mark-ups have been accepted, but are smaller than announced.

Converters are putting up strong resistance. They feel the demands of corrugated case material producers are jeopardising their calculations and squeezing their margins.
