The market for white-top kraftiner in Germany is reportedly tight, which has led suppliers to increase their sales prices. However, not all deals are signed yet.

Price negotiations for white-top kraftliner are still underway on the market in Germany. However, first deals for white-top kraftliner have been signed at higher price, according to market players. Prices are set to rise as of the start or mid-October, or by 1 November at the latest.

According to suppliers, the German white-top kraftliner market generally remains tight even though shipments during the summertime were weak and growth this year was not meeting industry's expectations. September and especially October, however, brought about a welcomed uptick in order intake, according to paper manufacturers.
