28 Jan 2021 −

Fiskeby has announced a price increase for its Multiboard product range.

More and more suppliers of recycled cartonboard are informing their customers of plans to increase prices. They are citing good demand and high costs particularly for recycled fibre as reasons.

After Mayr-Melnhof and Reno de Medici had come out with such demands, Fiskeby has also announced a price hike for its Multiboard product range. The increase will amount to €50, £45, SEK500 and NOK500 per tonne, respectively, and will be valid for all new orders from 15 February and deliveries from 22 March.

Other companies have also been said to have announced similar measures.
