Igepa relocates production of WFC paper brand Heaven 42

13 Dec 2018 −

With this move, Igepa is reacting to Feldmuehle's announcement to discontinue WFC production.

Wholesale company Igepa has announced that production of the Heaven 42 paper brand will be transferred to a “leading manufacturer of wood-free coated paper” on the basis of the original recipe. The Heaven 42 paper brand would continue to be marketed nationally and internationally virtually without interruption, Igepa said. The step follows an announcement by Feldmuehle Uetersen to shut down PM 2 and exit WFC paper production.

In the spring 2018, Igepa had placed an order with Feldmuehle in Uetersen for the production of Heaven 42 papers. The Heave 42 paper brand was originally produced by Papierfabrik Scheufelen. Igepa had secured the brand and distribution rights at the end of 2017.
