A special agreement between Avery Dennision and Lecta guarantees supply of self-adhesive papers through the existing network of distributors.

Torraspapel will acquire Avery Dennison's self-adhesive offset sheets business in the Europe, Middle East, and North Africa regions. According to Torraspapel's parent Lecta, a corresponding agreement has already been reached. The transaction is subject to approval from the German Federal Cartel Office.

"This acquisition is fully aligned with the company's transformation process and its
reorientation towards the specialty markets," Lecta announced.

Under a special limited agreement, Lecta will manufacture and sell Avery Dennison's portfolio of self-adhesive sheet papers and films sold under the FAC and Jasson brands.
