Massive increase of FBB and WLC deliveries in Poland

Strong demand from the industry sector and the positive economic trend across Europe helped to boost deliveries of white lines chipboard (WLC) and folding box board (FBB) in Poland in the first half of 2017.

At the same time FBB supply remains tight with non-European manufacturers significantly curbing their deliveries into Europe. Despite good demand and long lead times, FBB prices remained unchanged and significant corrections are unlikely to take effect in 2017. By contract, European WLC producers have announced increases for deliveries as of September.
