New recycled containerboard mill
to be erected in Utah, USA

Crossroads Paper plans to build a greenfield containerboard mill in Utah with a capacity of around 350,000 tpy.

A newly founded company, Crossroads Paper, intends to build a new mill for recycled containerboard in Utah, USA. According to the company's information, the mill will have a capacity of approximately 1,000 tpd. When assuming that the mill will be operational 350 days a year, this corresponds to an annual production capacity of 350,000 tpy.

The mill will reportedly be built on a site of 80 acres (32.4 ha) in the Salt Lake City area. Construction is said to begin in the coming months, and the start-up of operations is anticipated in early 2022.
