Nord-Emballage and Zäta Förpacknings under administration

Swedish packaging manufacturer Nord-Emballage and its subsidiary Zäta Förpackning have entered administration on 10 February. Insolvency administrator Ola Sellert confirmed to EUWID that Nord-Emballage has been facing financial difficulties and was no longer able to pay its overhead costs.
Nord-Emballage produces folding cartons for the food and pharmaceutical industries and corrugated boxes for various engineering industries. Currently, production is being maintained by the insolvency administrator who is looking for an investor for the company.
