In the current market climate, mark-ups were achieved in only isolated cases, if at all, for instance occasionally for improved newsprint. A number of agreements feature unchanged prices, but many prices were also lowered, bringing them back to the level seen in the first half of 2011. Compared with demand, more than enough paper was simply available on the market, players said.
