Graphic recycled paper mills are reporting excellent workloads. Some contacts even mentioned lengthy lead times. Many producers have been reaping the rewards of what is happening in neighbouring segments – publication paper and woodfree uncoated paper – for weeks and months now.
The outlook for the period between now and the year’s end was also rosy given this situation, respondents said. A few insiders want to raise prices again before the end of 2018.
