There has been no improvement in the availability of sack kraft paper in the third quarter in Germany. Contract volumes continue to be delivered late in many cases and the agreed volumes are not always 100% fulfilled, according to converters.

In the third quarter the cost of white and brown sack kraft paper continued to go up, with new increases announced for October.
