Packaging paper and board producers are taking action to compensate for high recovered paper costs
In consideration of the continued solid market demand across Europe, the high utilisation rates of its machines, as well as continuous increasing cost of manufacturing, Reno De Medici is announcing a new price increase of € 40/T for all recycled board grades. This will be valid for all deliveries starting from 1 September 2017.
Only recently prices for GD cartonboard in Western Europe increased against the background of good demand and rising production costs. Most GD prices went up in April or May, while GC prices remained largely stable.
