Lwarcel Celulose and Bahia Specialty Cellulose form now the Bracell group. Capacity expansion at Lwarcel pulp mill back into focus.

Royal Golden Eagle (RGE) announces that it has completed the takeover of Brazil’s pulp manufacturer Lwarcel Celulose from Lwart group. RGE, the parent company of Asia Pacific Resources International Limited (APRIL), Bracell and Sateri, has acquired 100% in Lwarcel and will integrate the company into the Bracell Group, the company reported. The company will be reportedly managed as a member of Bracell group, which now comprise Lwarcel and Bahia Specialty Cellulose and will be based in Singapore.
