New 30,000 tpy TM to replace an older production line at Eurovast's tissue mill in Villa Basilica.
Italy's machine engineering company Toscotec is supplying a new tissue machine to the Italian tissue paper and products company Eurovast. According to Toscotec, the new crescent former machine will replace an older production line at the Villa Basilica tissue mill, run by Eurovast's subsidiary Cartiera della Basilica.
The order covers a tissue machine with a trim width of 2.74 m and an annual capacity of 30,000 tpy. Within the scope of supply there are also engineering services, installation supervision, commissioning and start-up. The TM is expected to kick off production in the last quarter this year.
Eurovast group of companies runs four tissue mills and two converting sites. Toscotec puts the total current annual capacity of Eurovast's tissue mills at 110,000 t.
